Options for Paying for Dental Treatment
We offer 2 different options by which your dental treatment can be paid.
The first option is that you can pay in full at the time of service, after which we will submit your dental claim on your behalf and have your insurance company issue the check directly to you.
The second option is direct billing. This means the assignment of benefits from your insurance company will require a valid credit card number to be left on file. This includes dual insurance holders. Your deductible and estimated co-payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. Direct billing is a courtesy we offer to our patients, and we work with all major insurance forms.
