Review Our Office's Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

At Northland Village Dental Centre in Calgary, it is our policy to see patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that space may be reserved for you. Cancellation of your appointment on very short notice makes it impossible for us to allocate your reserved time to other patients who are in need of immediate dental health care.

Please advise our office at least 2 business days in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you need to cancel, or if you have questions about our policy, please contact us directly.
