Cancellation Policy
To ensure that each patient gets enough time with their dentist, we strongly advise our patients to book an appointment before visiting our dental office. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please let us know about it at least two working days in advance. This will allow us to allocate the time to another patient.

Insurance and Payment Options
We provide the following options for you to pay for your dental treatment:
- Full Payment
In this case, you are expected to pay in full after your dental treatment. Once the payment is made, we will submit a claim to your insurance provider, who will issue a cheque directly to you. - Direct Billing
In this case, your insurance company will directly assign benefits that will require you to leave a valid credit card number on your file.
